We have recently been engaged to project manage the construction of two new houses for a self-build client in Oxfordshire.
The project is at an early stage – planning permission was granted in 2017 and the detailed preparation of the construction drawings commenced this week.
We are currently liaising with the utility suppliers in preparation for the demolition of the existing house in the Spring.
