Redfinch was engaged to assist with the design and construction of a small development of high specification two bedroom homes for a local developer.
We supervised the design of the scheme, obtained planning approval from the local authority and then managed the redevelopment of the site. 
We were responsible for the selection and appointment of a full range of site contractors that we managed on a day-to-day basis throughout the construction of the houses.
The development was delivered on time and within the budget approved by the client.
