	This was a project Redfinch managed on behalf of two self-builder clients who wished to construct a pair of semi-detached houses on the site of an old bungalow.
The site was difficult to work being located in an established residential area between two existing Edwardian properties. Timber frame construction was chosen to speed up the building process and minimise disruption to the neighbours.
We assisted our clients by:	obtaining planning permission for the redevelopment of the site coordinating all aspects of the detailed design process selecting and appointing all the sub-contractors for works managing the construction site on a day to day basis
Our involvement ended when we handed over two completed homes, ready for immediate occupation by our clients and their families.
