This project involved the replacement of a 1950s house with a small development of five luxury apartments in a leafy area of Woking. The site, in an established residential area, contained several preserved trees and required sensitive planning and development. |
| Employing a timber frame enabled the complex roof structure, which contained a two bedroom penthouse apartment within the roof void, to be constructed cost effectively.
On completion of the development, each apartment was sold at a premium price. |
